Whiskey Systems Online
Press Release: August 10, 2015

(Hebron, KY) Whiskey Systems Online, the Craft Distillery TTB Reporting system, is celebrating one year since going live in August 2014. To recognize this milestone, the company is releasing several new features to all users. The Craft Distillery Business Development suite is now included for free in the Core TTB Reporting subscription for the same flat rate of $350/month, still with no setup fees, no annual contracts, and no termination fees.

“We are very excited to have reached this 1 year milestone. Over 50 distilleries of all sizes from across the country have joined the Whiskey Systems family and we are growing every week,” says Donald Snyder, President and Founder of Whiskey Resources LLC, parent company of Whiskey Systems Online.

No annual contracts means distilleries can terminate their subscriptions at any time without penalty but distilleries are choosing to stay.

“When we launched Whiskey Systems a year ago, we wanted to deliver a tool to help craft distilleries simplify their operation tracking and ensure compliant TTB reporting. Our goal was to offer a reporting option with incredible value that was easy to use, had one flat monthly fee, had no setup fees and had no annual subscription contracts or termination fees. We are proud to say we met every one of our goals,” says Jack Sigan, Principal Engineer of Whiskey Systems Online.

Craft distilleries can self-register online for immediate access to all the tools to see if the system is a good fit for their team with no long term commitments or risk. Included in the first month’s subscription is free Skype training to make sure users hit the ground running. Distilleries who are currently using a different reporting system can sign up for a month to see if transitioning to Whiskey Systems is a good choice for them.

Included in the $350/month subscription is everything a distillery needs to track their daily operations, manage their inventories and costs, control their barrel warehouse, track cases out the door, and simplify their monthly TTB Reporting and Excise Tax payments. Now, with the addition of the business development tools, distilleries can easily create custom mash bills, budget Costs of Goods/COGS, calculate fair FOB pricing to a distributor, and generate a 10 year Profit and Loss business model.
